At Old Line Prime, we offer two convenient ways to purchase our premium Black Angus beef. Whether you’re looking for a curated selection of popular cuts or want to stock your freezer for the year, we have an option to fit your needs.
1. Curated Beef Boxes
Our Boxes are thoughtfully assembled collections of customer favorites, including steaks, roasts, ground beef, and other premium cuts.
These boxes are perfect for families who:
- Want a balanced variety of cuts.
- Prefer a convenient, ready-to-order option.
- May not have space for large bulk quantities.
- Are trying our beef for the first time.
2. Bulk “Shares” of an Animal
For customers who want to maximize value and fully stock their freezer, we offer Shares of an animal in the following options:
- Quarter Share
- Half Share
- Whole Share
When you purchase a share, you are buying a portion of an entire animal. This means you receive a wide range of cuts - from premium steaks to roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts - providing excellent variety and value.
Buying a share is the most economical way to purchase our beef on a per-pound basis. However, it is important to plan ahead - this is a significant quantity of meat.
A Whole Share yields approximately 400 pounds of beef. Because of the volume, we strongly recommend having at least a 20 cubic foot chest freezer available for proper storage. Smaller shares require less space, but adequate freezer capacity is still essential.

Ordering
Ordering from Old Line Prime is simple and straightforward.
Start by navigating to the “Shop Now” menu at the top of the page. From there, you’ll choose between two options:
- Black Angus Boxes - Our curated selections, thoughtfully packaged with a variety of premium cuts. These boxes are perfect for families who want a balanced assortment of steaks, roasts, and ground beef in one convenient bundle.
- Black Angus in Bulk - Ideal for those who prefer to stock up or customize their freezer with larger quantities of specific cuts.
Once you’ve selected your preferred category, browse the available options and choose the box or bulk package that best fits your household’s needs.
If you’re unsure which size to choose, consider:
- How many meals per week you typically prepare with beef
- The number of people in your household
- Whether you prefer to stock up for several months at a time
After selecting your box or bulk option, simply add it to your cart and proceed through our secure checkout process.
Please Remember: All of our beef is delivered frozen. When stored properly, our vacuum-sealed beef can maintain excellent quality for over a year.

Shipping: Beef Boxes
We take great care to ensure your beef arrives quickly and in excellent condition.
Overnight Shipping for Beef Orders
All beef orders are shipped overnight via UPS to preserve freshness.
We ship beef orders on the following days:
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
- Thursday
Orders placed early in the day will typically ship that same day and arrive the following day.
Orders placed later in the day will ship on the next available shipping day, arriving the day after shipment.
Examples
- An order placed Thursday morning will ship Thursday and arrive Friday.
- An order placed Thursday afternoon will ship the following Monday and arrive Tuesday.
Planning a Special Occasion?
If you’re ordering beef for a special dinner, holiday, or event, we strongly recommend scheduling delivery one to two days before your event. First, you will need time for your order to defrost, which we recommend doing slowly in the refrigerator. Second, weather and unforeseen and unavoidable delays can occasionally occur. Ordering slightly early ensures you have your beef in time and gives you peace of mind.

Shipping: Beef in Bulk
We take great care to ensure your beef arrives in peak condition. Because of this, Bulk Beef orders are harvested and prepared only after an order is placed, rather than being held in inventory.
As a result, Bulk Beef orders typically require approximately 4 weeks to process and deliver.
This allows time for proper harvesting, butchering, and packaging to ensure the highest quality product.

Shipping: Merchandise
Shipping for Merchandise
Merchandise items (such as hats, cups, apparel, and other branded goods) are shipped separately from beef orders.
These items are not sent overnight. Instead, they are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which typically arrives within several business days depending on your location.
