If you're not delighted with your purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.
That may mean replacing the product, issuing a full or partial refund, or providing store credit for a future purchase. Our goal is simple: happy customers who are excited to order from us again.
Our Commitment to Quality
We take tremendous pride in the beef we sell and the farmers who raise it. Every order is carefully packed and shipped to arrive frozen and ready to enjoy.
While we hope problems are rare, we understand that things do not always go according to plan. If something isn't right, we want to hear from you.
Damaged, Thawed, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.
If your shipment:
- Arrives damaged
- Contains incorrect items
- Arrives significantly thawed or unsafe for consumption
- Is missing products
- Does not meet reasonable expectations for quality
please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photographs of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
- Any damage or quality concerns
Product Quality Concerns
Because taste and quality are important to us, we encourage customers to contact us if they are disappointed with a product.
We may ask for additional information regarding preparation methods, storage, photographs, or package information so that we can investigate and continually improve our products and processes.
Returns
Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns of meat products.
In most cases, we will resolve issues through replacement, refund, or store credit without requiring the product to be returned.
